im 16 years old 5' 11'' and i weigh like 135 pounds..i want to gain weight...but not too much,i want to weigh around 150 pounds, what can i do to reach my goal, and how look would it take to reach it???

Best way to put on weight and in a healthy way is to start to hit the weight. You've probably had your growth spurt and 16 but you will still need to fill out, and weights is the best way. Eat healthy with a high protein low carb diet so your not putting on fat. Have 3 good weight workout sessions a week and in a matter of months you'll be very surprised when you look in the mirror.

Eat after 6 pm.

This way the food will sit in your stomach while you sleep. Sumo wrestlers eat little during the day and then start eating after 6 pm to gain that weight.

want to know How do you gain weight you should do some heavy exercises and eat some healthy foods like suppliments.eat a lot of bananas it will help you to gain weight... i think that the below website will help you to find the right solution.

If i was you i would stay the weight You are b/c I am 154 pounds and i am not likeing it so I would stay the wa you are But i am 14teen..... but if you do want to gain a little i waould eat al;ot of food not stop

if you feel like your too skinny then gain some muscles. eat alot of foods and thing with protein. then work out by lifting some weights. don't do cardio (any thing fast paced like running) because it will burn fat and you wont gain muscle as easily

You can buy weight gain drinks at the store. they are just full of calories.
