Does anyone know if cats have to be licensed in St.Louis County? Specifically, the city of Normandy? All I could find on the Normandy City Hall website was dog licensing.

Probably not, in most places it is only dogs that need to be licensed or registered with the county. Call the county clerk if you are nervous about it, they should be able to tell you their requirements.

I live in St. Louis County. Believe the only license required for a cat here is rabies, but you can call the Humane Society of Missouri to check and make sure.

where I live Cats half to be licensed even If he or she is a indoor cat so I wouldn't put it past your mayor to the same its just another way that animal control can pocket money
