I'm clueless on what to do, or kind of what to say.

Suggest to him that he call the KIDS HELP PHONE.

If he doesn't call then you call and get advice from them about what you can do.

I guess you are talking about sexual abuse?? First tell your parent's and see what they tell you to do..
Go to your school counselor, she will get the right source to help you. Or he could to to the police. Even a minister of a church....Telling the mother may not do any good she may not believe it and that is her bread and butter.....There are child abuse hot lines....you could find them in the phone book or Internet.
Call the Child protective services ..CPS.
The police is the best thought I have. And if the dad turns on him because he called them....I would have him put in jail for that....
My prayers are with him because when his mother finds out she may be angry because he told.......I have seen that happen........

You use the word "abuses," not "abused," as in the past. Is this still going on, and if so, what do you mean by "abuse?" Without knowing these facts, it is impossible to make any intelligent suggestion.

If you intend to meet his parents, you will surely know more about the family relationships than you do now. And notice if your boyfriend joins in drinking with his family.

So the answer--right now--is to do absolutely nothing.

Well maybe your friend should abuse the old boy right back and if he can't do it alone then he should invite some friends.
Catch him out and do the job and so he's not wise to who did it.
Or he could video tape it and use it against him, I like this idea the best.
There's nothing like evidence.

Get him to go to a school counselor and let them handle it. If he is just telling you that for sympathy they should be able to figure that out and if it is true, he may be abusing the boy's mother as well and should be charged with domestic violence.
