IMHO you should reverse how you brush your teeth. Floss your teeth first, even though you didn't mention it. Rinse with mouth wash, then brush with it if you like. Finally brush your teeth with tooth paste, and spit it out, don't rinse. Then try not to eat or drink for 30 min. Tooth paste has fluoride which strengthens the outer layer of your teeth, and helps prevent cavities. When your rinse with water or mouthwash, you rinse it away. By waiting you allow the fluoride to do its job. Good luck.

Why not just use the mouthwash after brushing and let that be that? Either way would not be no problem.

quite extensive use of mouth wash i would say
though in dental journal... mouthwash like listerine has been proven to help in cleaning the teeth...
just brush and gargle with mouth wash..
that would be enough
if ur toothbrushing technique is ok

I do it sometimes when I am in a hurry. My teeth feel even better than when I use toothpaste. I am quite sure it's not harmful or damaging.

THIS IS REDUNDANT. A SIMPLER THING TO DO IS USE A WATERPIK AFTER BRUSHING TO HAVE FABULOUS GUMS.
