Anything from a vets - Frontline, Advantage, Revolution. Frontline is probably the safest of all because it doesn't affect the animal internally, it stays on the skin.
Most store-bought products don't work, and many are unsafe.

Advantage, Frontline, or Revolution are the only safe products to kill fleas. The cheap ones that imitate Advantage are poisonous to your pet too and can make them sick.

I love Frontline Plus. It works great. I buy it at Farm and Home but you can get it from your Vet also. I have also used Adams flea and tick spray and that works as well.

If your dog has A LOT of fleas at the moment, Capstar is a great quick fix.
Also, I use Revolution on my dog and it works very well. Seems safe enough.

Frontline or Advantix from the vets are great. Don't bother with
products from stores, they don't have the ing. to kill all the fleas
