Yes, the night before Jesus' crucifiction, twice he asked His Father to remove the cup of wrath He was about to drink, but each time He submitted to the Father’s will. He was “exceedingly sorrowful unto death” but God sent an angel from heaven to strengthen Him (Luke 22:43).

How about an answer from the scriptures? HEB 10 vs 5,,, "Therefore when He came into the world, he said: "Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, But a body You have prepared for me. In burn't offerings and sacrifices for sin you had no pleasure. Then I said 'behold, I have come---In the volume of the book it is written of Me ----To do your will, O God'" Based on what IS written,,Praise God,,,,,,YES!!!

yes He did. In fact He told the disciples that He was going to suffer and die. In His humanity he anguished over this 'cup' which He was to drink. But He did it because it was the will of the Father that He fulfill this plan to come to earth to die for His people.

Yes. If you read the gospels, Mathew, Mark , Luke and John. He tell the disciples before it happened and while he was teaching. It was also predetermined in the psalms also. It was also prophetcized in other old testament books as well.

Yes He did. That's what makes it all the more special. He knew what He'd have to go through but still did it for us, because He loved us.
If you read in the Bible is He is always talking about when He will lay down His life...etc.

Of course He knew. And He repeatedly told His disciples and others that He would die and on the third day rise again.

Yes, he did it knowing what they would do to him, he did it with love for all
he knew that was what he must do, to take the keys of death hell and the grave from Satan and to make an open shame of him

Yes. He was told by Moses and another angel. He was afraid, but He did it, and because of Him, ours sins are forgiven.
