If things are good for you now and you feel that you are feeling good, then I'd say go ahead. Is your husband supportive now? Do you feel that you are strong enough to go through this again? I had 2 back to back myself and it is very hard and very depressing especially if you feel you are doing it on your own. Just look in to what your precautions could be. You know, like if you could speak to a counselor or something while you're going thru it so that way you can catch it before it starts. Sounds to me like you're ready though. Good luck!

Are you married? if yes may be you need to discuss that with your husband. But my advice to you is to take your time and think about it. Because whats the point of having a baby if you might not be there for him or you might end up in an hospital again. You already have two children right? But once again it is really up to you and your husband( if you are married) also seek advice from friends and family ( because they know you better than us, and have seen you around your first two children. they can also be of great advices. also talk to your doctor and see what he thinks about it. Good luck

I know my son is five and wants to have a brother or sister RIGHT now. Your chances are high for PND if you had it with your first two children. http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/health_advice/facts/depressionpostnatal.htm

Not everyone sufferes from this after every baby, but you do have a bit higher chance. Talk to your OB/GYN at your next scheduled yearly exam.
