Church in Africa was not really an organized group, until the missionaries of various faiths started making in roads in the bush. Christianity as such was unknown for the most part in Africa, although many of the Spanish warriors who infiltrated the continent, were of catholic persuasion, only a very few had any impact on the population.

During the Reconstruction phase in the USA, churches still remained segregated. Almost as much in the north as in the south. The reason for this primarily was not so much discrimination against race, but due to the style of worship so much enjoyed by the black race. They desired to express their faith in God through a more physical expression than through sermons songs and prayers. Although, they did preach sing and pray, it was in a fashion, somewhat repulsive the the Anglo-Saxon community.

Church is a present church. No one can tell the exact position of the church. I believe church is like a compass who knows to direct the "lost flocks."

Ask ourself, am I a "lost flock"?

Pray to Jesus that His Sole Church always direct us to our dreams, ambitions, goals, mission...that will bring the Church into A NEW CHURCH that we vision for.
