Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe as this questioner pretends. The bible plainly teaches that all Christians and Christianity itself must depend upon the action of the holy spirit. Interestingly, the bible teaches that only true Christians would properly demonstrate holy spirit by the preaching of the "good news".
(1 Thessalonians 5:19) Do not put out the fire of the spirit.
(Acts 18:25) As he was aglow with the spirit, he went speaking and teaching with correctness the things about Jesus
(Romans 12:11) Do not loiter at your business. Be aglow with the spirit. Slave for Jehovah.
(Job 32:18-20) For I have become full of words; Spirit has brought pressure upon me in my belly. ...Let me speak that it may be a relief to me. I shall open my lips that I may answer.
(2 Timothy 1:6-7) For this very cause I remind you to stir up like a fire the gift of God which is in you.. For God gave us not a spirit of cowardice, but that of power and of love and of soundness of mind.
(Ephesians 3:16)Be made mighty in the man you are inside with power through his spirit
(Micah 3:8) And, on the other hand, I myself have become full of power, with the spirit of Jehovah, and of justice and mightiness, in order to tell...to Israel his sin.
(Matthew 10:7,11,14) As you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of the heavens has drawn near.’ ...Into whatever city or village you enter, search out who in it is deserving... Wherever anyone does not take you in or listen to your words, on going out of that house or that city shake the dust off your feet.

If you talking about being Adopted as Spiritual sons of God..
On the day of Pentecost of 33Â C.E., some 120 baptized disciples of Jesus Christ experienced such a baptism with holy spirit. As a visible proof of that baptism, they were empowered to speak in foreign languages. Explaining that Jesus Christ was the one partly responsible for this, the apostle Peter said to an astonished crowd: “Because he was exalted to the right hand of God and received the promised holy spirit from the Father, he has poured out this which you see and hear.”—Acts 2:33.
By thus being born of spirit, those disciples became spirit-begotten sons of God, with the prospect of heavenly life. They are Kingdom heirs in association with Jesus Christ. Commenting on this in his letter to believers at Rome, the Christian apostle Paul wrote: “You received a spirit of adoption as sons, by which spirit we cry out: ‘Abba, Father!’ The spirit itself bears witness with our spirit that we are God’s children. If, then, we are children, we are also heirs: heirs indeed of God, but joint heirs with Christ.”—Rom. 8:15-17.
God's Holy Spirit is available to all calling Upon him with a Clean Heart.

There are going to be more there than the 144000 what do you think.
Revelation
3. "Do not harm the land or the sea or the trees
until we put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God."
4. Then I heard the number of those who were sealed: 144,000 from all the tribes of Israel.
5. From the tribe of Judah 12,000 were sealed, from the tribe of Reuben 12,000, from the tribe of Gad 12,000,
6. from the tribe of Asher 12,000, from the tribe of Naphtali 12,000, from the tribe of Manasseh 12,000,
7. from the tribe of Simeon 12,000, from the tribe of Levi 12,000, from the tribe of Issachar 12,000,
8. from the tribe of Zebulun 12,000, from the tribe of Joseph 12,000, from the tribe of Benjamin 12,000.
9. After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in there hand.
13. Then one of the elders asked me, "These in white robes--who are they, and where did they come from?"
14. I answered, "Sir, you know." And he said, "These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
15. Therefore, "they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will spread his tent over them.
16. Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat upon them, nor any scorching heat.
17. For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."
Peace and God bless
