is there actually a ral scripture or something in the bible that says "when there is no more room in hell, the dead will walk the earth" or something alike?
and before you ask, yes i got it from dawn of the dead
but is there any verse or scripture or something that forewarns about zombies, or dead walking the earth?

Absolutely not-
though God's word does say that apart from a regenerative miracle of grace, all people are (spiritually) dead in sins and trespasses.

The only scripture about the dead from hell walking on the Earth was just after the Crucifiction of the Christ. as Jesus went into hell and set the captives free. These were the old testiment Saints as no one was allowed to go into heaven before the Christ , who prepared a place for us.
There is no scripture in the Bible that depicts what you say.

The only time I can find where the dead walk the Earth is in Matthew 27
51At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook and the rocks split. 52The tombs broke open and the bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. 53They came out of the tombs, and after Jesus' resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many people.
As far as room in hell there will be plenty of room.
My goal in life it direct as many I can away from that place.

there will always be room in hell! lol. when the dead will start walking is when Christ comes again. you should read the book of Revalation. it's the last book of the Bible, and it's actually really interesting! i read the whole thing when I was ten!
