I read that book, the 1st half had some good stories, with lots of violence - the 2nd half was just boring.
Sinning is just so fun - why would ya want to stop, and if ya know ya doing it than its kinda wrong to ask for forgiveness, cause that just seems like ya playing both sides.
Thanx for yet another random message about heaven and hell, but since I don't believe in either Jesus or Satan I will take my chances that the earth worms are going to have a field day with my body.

*blinks* Even if your god exists, why would I want to spend eternity bowing down to some god so he can think he's wonderful? I'd rather be in hell with everyone else I know and love than spend eternity with an egomaniacle sadistic god. At least satan is honest about being a jerk. Your god isn't even that.

Actually, all you Christians have convinced me that I'm a sinner and I deserve hell.
Here's my problem. I figure I deserve hell and since, according to you, the only way I won't have to go to hell is if Jesus, an innocent, suffers in my place., I've decided to accept my punishment myself.

in my view i do unlike prepared faith, i've got self belief in Him and communicate with Him on a on a daily basis foundation, i understand he's all around me with the aid of fact i can experience it. i think of perhaps lots of the failings the priest became into asserting to you have been affecting you with the aid of fact interior you felt undesirable for turning remote from God, yet you will ultimately see that no remember what he loves you in uncomplicated terms the style you're, and purely with the aid of fact he would not communicate to you with words which you would be able to hear, does no longer mean he's not listening. each so often jointly as i'm praying i've got self belief a definite peace fall interior of me, and that's what we could me understand that God hears me. believe, and be grateful for what you have, if something makes you happy, then God would be happy for you. that's what he needs for his infants, is for them to be happy and healthful, this is observed as unfastened will, and purely with the aid of fact lots of the failings you do do no longer coincide with what your church believes does no longer mean its a sin.

Evan B, that's a very moral position to take. Therefore, you're going to heaven after all!

Don't be silly. Heaven and Hell do not exist. I pity those who will be fooled for the rest of their lives.

What if you're wrong and it is Valhalla you have to look forward to? If you believe in Odin and he doesn't exist then you have lost nothing but if you don't believe in him and he exist then you have lost everything. So what do you say, accept Odin and come to Valhalla, he'll save you.

Definitely NOT. I can't think of any LESS appealing place to spend eternity than with a sadistic, immoral, killer God who drowned, plagued, and slaughtered millions (more than Hitler), and repeatedly COMMANDED his followers to hurt and kill others - OR with people who think any of that is 'love', moral, or good. Yuck.
