No such thing. At the very least you have to pay for the license. If you can't afford that no offense but you probably aren't ready to be married.

It is too late for this year, but the Today Show has a wedding contest every year, they just has the wedding last Friday. Everything is free, but you have not mind the viewers picking every aspect of your wedding. And of course you have to be pick for them to plan your wedding as well.
Also, the cheapest thing would be to have a JP do it or elope.

wait until next year when Good Morning America does their annual Martha Stewart Wedding... I'm sure you'll still have to pay income taxes on the value of the 'free' wedding, though.

get married at the court house if you don't have money for a huge ceremony... you can't "apply" for a free wedding... unless there is some contest... ?
