The two go hand in hand. One without the other won't do it.

This one kind of depends on what you mean. More important to whom or what? More important to God, yourself (on this planet) and your fellow passengers on Spaceship Earth, in the relationships with other people. How well do you play with others? Are you kind? What is your outreach like? All very important stuff.
Now for the caveat. All of that is for naught if you do have a vertical relationship with God. Your faith in God/Jesus will, I don't want to say force you, but compel you to have good horizontal relationships with your fellow passengers.
Asking which is more important is like asking whether the branches or the roots of a plant are more important. Without one the other would not exist.

Christianity is a personal relationship with God. Jesus calls us to kindness and goodness and asks us to love one another.
Religion is not important. Love is.

I could have sworn there was an enlightened teacher who once told a surprised group of people who asked "When did we ever do anything for you? We who did not know you?" that when they did it for the least of their kind, they did it for him.
I could be wrong of course....

Belief because it indicates who you are.
If you are a believer and follow Christ then there will be goodness and kindness, because that's what it says in His word, goodness and kindness shall follow me all the days of my life.
