I'd go to a salon. Any time you're dealing with color there is a chance of having a bad experience with your hair. I found 2 ladies I really like to go to because they do it out of their home and they're a little cheaper than the ladies in salons - and they have done it a lot longer - So I would look around and get some different prices.

First, use washable hair dye. Trust me, I've just made that mistake 30 minutes ago. Then, if you like the color, then you can use real unwashable dye. I'd suggest home for the washable stuff just to save money," but carefully! It stings the eyes really bad" then salon for the long lasting hair color. Good luck, and take this as a warning........

Go to a salon, it maybe a little expensive but it's worth it.

what you would have to do is go one or 2 shades lighter than the color you are trying to acheive.

well, since it's not a huge change, maybe you should just do it at home.
but, if you want to pay more, go out and get it done.
good luck :]

it would probably turn out better at a salon.
but if you bleach your hair, (it will burn) and then dye it the color you want, it should turn out good too.
