All sins can be forgiven. You are probably referring to this verse.
Luke 12:10 (see also Matthew 12:32 and Mark 3:29) says:
"And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven." (NIV)
Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is to reject His grace. Not allowing the Holy Spirit to work in our lives is blasphemy: It is saying "I know more than God does about what is right for me" which takes away the principle which makes it possible to ask for forgiveness. This manifests itself in four ways: 1) despair concerning the possibility of salvation; 2) presumption of God's mercy and forgiveness; 3) denial of the truths of faith; and 4) final impenitence and refusal to turn to God. Sins against the Holy Spirit are the most grave because they reject the dignity of the One sent by the Father to sanctify us and restore us to full union with Him. Belief that if anyone fails to be open to the workings of the Holy Spirit in their lives, even once, automatically condemns them to Hell forever is not the teaching of this passage in Holy Scripture. This passage addresses the condition of the soul at the moment of death; prior to that moment, every person has the opportunity to turn to God, have their sins forgiven, and be welcomed home like the prodigal son (Luke 15:11-32)

The case of the "unpardonable sin / unforgivable sin" or "blasphemy of the Holy Spirit" in the New Testament is mentioned in Mark 3:22-30 and in Matthew 12:22-32. The term blasphemy may be generally defined as "defiant irreverence." We would apply the term to such sins as cursing God or willfully degrading things relating to God. It is also attributing some evil to God, or denying Him some good that we should attribute to Him. This case of blasphemy however is a specific one, called "the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit" in Matthew 12:31. In Matthew 12:31-32 the Pharisees, having witnessed irrefutable proof that Jesus was working miracles in the power of the Holy Spirit, claimed instead that the Lord was possessed by the demon "Beelzebub" (Matthew 12:24). Now notice that in Mark 3:30 Jesus is very specific about what exactly they did to commit "the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit."
This blasphemy then has to do with someone accusing Jesus Christ (in person, on earth) of being demon-possessed. There are other ways to blaspheme the Holy Spirit, but this was "THE" blasphemy that was unpardonable. This means that this unpardonable sin against the Holy Spirit cannot be duplicated today because Jesus Christ is not on earth but seated at the right Hand of God; however, the Holy Spirit still accomplishes supernatural things through His servants. Although there is no unpardonable sin today, we should always keep in mind there is an unpardonable state-the state of continued unbelief. There is no pardon for a person who dies in unbelief. Remember, John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life." The only condition when someone would have no forgiveness is if that someone is not among the 'whoever believes in Him.'"

One Unforgivable Sin would be LEAVING the ONE and ONLY True Religion BECAUSE of Reading Apostate Literature; And then NEVER Coming Back into God's TRUE Organization by the Time Armageddon Starts Is DEFINITELY Sinning Against the Holy Spirit !
p.s. " It is a FEARFUL THING To Fall into the Hands of the Living God" ! v !

i think rebuking God. The Bible mentions that this sin is the the only sin that will lead to death. Now if a person realizes the errors of his ways and asks God to forgive him and is born again than i believe you will be saved. But i think rejecting God is the unforgivable sin as you put it

The unforgiveable sin is denial of the Holy Spirit. That's a scary prospect for those who believe the Holy Spirit is only an active force. Have they denied the Holy Spirit? Or is this to infer that the denial is that the Holy Spirit calls us to repentance and when we do not do this--we are not saved and therefore have denied the salvation message?
Sure makes you think.
Great question.

The Bible says only one sin is unforgivable -- and that is the sin of refusing God's forgiveness.
Supposedly if you love him back he'll forgive you anything(even raping and murdering children.)

NINA AND OTHERS. There are two ways to blaspheme the Holy Spirit. One is to give credit for a true miracle to a demonic or satanic entity. This is written and true. The other is this: When Satan is on earth pretending to be Jesus / God some of His " elect " (special people" will be brought to Satan's synagogue to be converted into believing satan is the real deal. But God has told His elect that they are not to premeditate what they will say when brought up before the synagogue. Because the Holy Spirit will put into their minds what to say in that hour. And it will be irrefutable. But if they refuse to say what the Holy Spirit puts into their mind to say but instead says something else then that is blaspheming the Holy Spirit. It will not be forgiven in this world nor the world to come. So it can only be committed by God's elect and only when satan is in the Holy temple in Jerusalem exalting himself over every god and even claiming to be God / Jesus.

Blaspheming the Holy Spirit. Jesus says so in Mark 22-30. In context, he is condemning the Pharisees who are suggesting that His miracles/the works of the Holy Spirit are being done by the power of Satan.
Some pastors have suggested that this could have only happened during Jesus ministry because he was speaking to people who were witnessing His miracles first-hand. However, I see no reason to limit the scope of what He said.
I believe that people can still be guilty of this sin today. We have enough evidence that Jesus was God in the flesh and if people try to negate that evidence by attributing His work to evil, I believe they are still guilty of the unpardonable sin.

No their is no forgivness for the unforgiveable sin called blaspheme of the Holy Spirit, absolutely not. Thats why it is called the unforgivable sin.
What is it? WEll , so much debate goes on about that, but to me it is very clear in scripture, as God talks about things one does to lose their gift of salvation. Gift is free, holding onto it has conditions.
Yes, blashpehiming the Holy Spirit is the unforgiveable sin.
It is telling the Holy Spirit that you dont want any part of Him, speaking against The Spirit. and its also more and this many will not recognize as truth but it is. ITs not just saying those words, it is also acting them.
IF the Holy Spirit keeps coming to me over and over again, with a message for me to repent and stop sinning, and I refuse to hear it, over and over and over again, there is a time, that I will have convinced the Holy Spirit that I have no interest in Him at all, and He will turn His back on me WE dont know when that is for us or anyone else, But God does.
PPl say well grace has continued deliberate willful sin covered. GOD FORBID was the response to that one, right?
amen. God doesnt sit in Heaven eager to find a way to pluck us out, HE is clear on that. HE is a loving, forgiving, merciful God and without His Mercy and Grace, noone would be saved. we are only saved by the shed blood Of Jesus on the Cross. But, we are commanded to be like Jesus, thinking like Him, speaking like Him, obeying as He obeyed the father. It wasnt a suggest ion to be like Jesus, IT was a COMMAND> IF we dont love God enough to obey, we arent really HIs. THere may be something we dont know as sin, and something we have struggled with for a bit. BUt, we wont continue to deliberately sin. IN 1 John 3:9, I think it is , we are told those born of God cannot sin.. They wont deliberately sin, they cant because they are like Jesus and hate sin as much as He does. So a continual turning your back on God and all the Spirit reveals to you will also end up being an unforgiveable sin, if you dont finally just say No to sin and Yes to Jesus. Till that time, sin can be forgiven, if it is repented of in time. Jesus is coming soon. How much longer beofre we all must say NO to all sin??????
Great thought question. Thanks again.

The unforgivable sin is not to be forgiven. The unforgivable sin is to die denying the Holy Spirit of God.
CORRECTION: The sin is to not believe in the Holy Spirit of God at the time you die.
