my heart beats everythime?

everytime i see this guy who is they guy of my dreams my hears skips a few beats...i don't know how to tell him or how to act...when we chill it always ends up in very phsyical contact, etc...and it's amazing....everytime some1 says his name my heart beats faster...how do i act aroud him,,,,should i tell him and wat do i do

I wouldn't scare him by saying too much until you are sure he can handle it. Take the physical part more slowly and get him to marry you.
