Did you know half of a banana has the amount of sugar that we're supposed to eat daily? Interesting little fact.

Half of a banana does NOT serve as one whole serving of fruit!

A half is a serving so one banana is 2 servings. Or you can eat a small one that would count as one.

it depends on the size of the banana. If the banana is small then its one serving. if it is one of those bananas that look like they are on steroids then yes half of the banana counts as one whole serving

why would you only want to eat half? just eat the whole thing. I prefer apples, but if bananas were all we had then I'd eat the whole banana
