My fiance is going into the Air Force and we have heard alittle about the enlistment bonuses. Has anyone recently enlisted into the Air Force, and if so, how much of a bonus was offered? Any info on this topic would be greatly appreciated..Thanks.

Enlistment bonuses are based on Jobs available and people applying.
The more jobs available that people dont want, will have larger bonuses. Ask your recruiter and he will give you a list of high demand jobs with larger enlistment bonuses.
But also remember the higher the bonus, the less desireable the job, for most people.
Pararescue, Combat Controllers, air refulers, load master, etc... will have larger bonuses. Other jobs might have no bonus at all.

Far as I know, the Air Force can be very picky these days due to the War, cause no one wants to join the Army or Marines, so they join Air Force to get a job and still avoid combat hopefully. You need a skill that is in high demand or be in a job that is in short supply of personnel to receive the bonus.
The services I know who need people and will give bonuses is the Army or Marines.

We have a few jobs with bonuses. Linguist, Pararescue, Combat Control, SERE, TAC-P, Aircraft Armament, Fuels, and Security Forces. All the special forces have the highest bonuses. the other jobs you need to do a 6 yr contract to be eligible.

frankly, few and far between for the AF. The Army, however, is handing out money hand over fist.
Not everyone qualifies for a bonus, not everyone is offered a bonus, and literally the bonus amounts and who is offered them changes daily.

"So I know if you enlist either prior to graduating or when your 17 you get a bonus for enlisting. " Really? Why don't you explain to us how that works!

I believe they are/were giving different bonus for different jobs.

They do that to try to get you into going in combat! be careful
