take ibuprofen, like 600. use neosporin or a topical ointment on the site and wrap in gauze with tape or a band aid. wrapping it will make it feel better, and the med will take the pain away. You may not think that ibup. will help but it will

Hope this helps.

1.rinse with cold water.
2.Use a hair dryer on low heat to dry it out
3. Use the liquid spray band aid ( it forms a clear, thin, flexible, breathable layer over the wound, prevent infections, and helps numb the pain and heal fast.
4. take an ibuprofen pill to reduce the pain
"The pain will start going away within 10 minutes"

wrap your finger in a clean paper towel and apply pressure for a few minutes. Hold your finger up as you are applying pressure. This should help stop the bleeding. afterwards place an ice pack on top of the finger to stop the pain And bleeding. place a bandage over the fingernail area. you probably should see your medical doctor tomorrow and have it checked out.

Super glue the nail back on as nest you can. It will cover the torn skin and stop the pain.
I know it sounds wacky but it will work and it is safe. It dries before any chemicals leech into your system. Your nail will grow to cover your skin and in a couple of days clip the damaged part off.

Get a product called liquid skin. It will seal the wound, but still allow air to get in.
