"I tell them the truth and 9 time out of 10 it does happpen the way I say it does"
Unless what you're saying is really vague or obvious, that's simply a lie. You're not psychic, of course. In fact people who claim to be psychic come in two types: deliberate scams, and people too out-of-touch with reality to notice that they really don't have any psychic powers.
Of course you could demonstrate that I'm wrong and that you really are psychic - but of course you won't, because you aren't.
If you want people to respond better to you, you might try being more honest.

Many people hate and/or fear what:
A) they do not understand,
B) they wish they could do or
C) they wish they could NOT do.....
To use an analogy here, many homophobes are afraid of the same tendancies within themselves. This can be shown to be accurate when dealing with psychics as well. People with precognitive and other paranormal gifts often repress it because of fear and then are also afraid of others who have it.
I have seen this many times in my life as I have the unfortunate tendancy to catalyze people's latent or repressed abilities.
And yes, I am a reader myself although I REFUSE to make any accuracy claims. I do not charge unless I am working through a shop (like in New Orleans), in which case it is actually the SHOP that is setting the price. I prefer working on a donation basis where any money given me is given AFTER the reading is over. In some cases I have even refused to take any money due to a person needing the reading more than my needing their money.
Ethics are important here...... I consider my talents to be a gift from my Gods, so I refuse to abuse them.....

i think of persons are freaked out with the aid of fact they understand you're mendacity. i've got been by this with 8 or ten psychics. in case you are able to assume the destiny, %. the winners for soccer, or %. the triumphing lotto numbers. rather, you in uncomplicated terms fee human beings to tell them issues that are no longer particular. i'm effective you're very astute at analyzing human beings. i've got have been provided that ability and have confident various human beings that i'm psychic, then of direction, I tell them the reality. hi, James Randi has $a million,000,000 in a particular account that is going for the 1st individual who can carry out a real psychic overall performance under controlled situations. wager what, that money has been sitting there for dissimilar years! no person has ever succeeded. Get a actual job and stop jerking human beings around.

wow. another question where i had to rate all but 5 answers as bad.
first of all. many people are psychic in different ways.
i'm psychic too, but on a much subtler level, and in a different way. my only natural psychic ability is that i can see how capable someone is of achieving their dreams; how "alive" someone is, and can be.
i don't tell people i'm psychic unless they ask. or unless i say something that sounds kinda psychic-ish. most people annoy me anyway.
but it sounds like you don't have that empathic intuition that i have.
the majority of people you meet will be afraid that you're right. the majority of people don't like the truth, and do everything they can (subconsciously and unconsciously) to avoid the truth. heavy emotions like hate in this sense are just that: ways to avoid hearing the truth, and to pretend that the truth is not a part of their world.
when they ask you to read them, they're asking you to tell them what they want to hear, like show psychics do. they're not asking you to tell them the truth.
but there's nothing you can do, really. if people are asking, you just have to keep telling them the truth, or be afraid and shy away, or uncaringly tell them off.

you being a psychic doesnt freak me out but think about it do you want someone that you dont know being able to tell what you think what is going to happen or why something you did in the past affected you the way it did. the reason why they ask is because they want to know if ur for real. why do people hate other people at all

People want to test you and then mock you, as many are just mean. But I think Christians are totally not into necromancy/astrology--they think it's a working of the "devil".
I personally don't believe in or care about psychics because they remind me of tele evangelists. Even if no money were involved, it is simply strange practice. I'd rather put my time into reading a critical thinking book or something like that --if I ever had extra time, u get my drift?

LOL...I do it for free...don't ask unless you'll pay... what, is this a free ad? Bold claim, 90% batting average, huh? You might get some business with that sales pitch.
Hate is a STRONG word. Hate breeds death, anyone offer to kill you because you're a "psychic"?
Instead of the exaggeration, just say people don't like you because of your psychic thing.

If you don't like the package that comes with that title, maybe you shouldn't tell folks that you are psychic. No matter of what you say or do,,,, you are part of that math. Besides, being a psychic is an 80's thing anyway, you've gotta to evolve with the times. Mood rings, mood lamps, pet rocks and slinkies are kinda outta style; they are a fad, so they fade.........Don't be frustrated,,,,,,,try a new or contemporary thing,,,,,,,or can't you tell your own future? seriously?

Q. -- "I am psychic and I have always wondered why people hate and freak when I tell them this?"
A. -- Just consider the source and tell 'em to take a hike. There are a lot of ignorant losers in America. Just look at the 25% of them who admire our Warmonger-in-Thief. And those hateful cultists of the "Religious" Radical Right, with their loathsome agendas against personal liberties.
To "Steve" -- He said he was psychic. Not omniscient.

I don't hate you...love is the way to go. But, I do have one question. Why proclaim your abilities here and then tell people to stop asking you for advice. If you want people to stop asking, then don't be so up front about your abilities! :-)
Peace, Love, and Blessings
