what good islands are there to sail to south of Florida?

I'm looking for something remote, not desolate but not really incorporated or touristy. friendly though.

how far south? Fort Jefferson is remote; Grenada and Bequia and Vieaques and Culebra are friendly and not too touristy.......

caladisi or anclote islands on west coast !! cedar key it would be more touristic but nice for some sea food !!
