Yes, you can.
Windows can be legally installed on at least two computers using the same key numbers.
Any more than that I do not know, but I do know it can go on two and be registered with Microsoft and you will be able to get all your updates etc..
I have done this many times. Regardless, to popular opinion that it can't, it can.

if you try microsoft will lock your machine if you need to though download linux or something as when you register your serial key to the second computer microsoft will know that it is already registered to another p.c your better of getting another free OS like i said before linux burning it to a disc and then installing it-

No you can only have one copy on one computer.. and if you did put it on a second pc MS would crash it if you went on the net with it... xp phones home very time you go on the internet... so each computer would have the same key number...

should be able to be installed on up to 3 comps owned by the same person as long as it's not in or for a business.
also, PC must meet technical requirements for drive space, RAM, processor speed, etc
