If you are getting tested for cholesterol then only that test will be performed. Testing for marijuana is an entirely different testing from cholesterol test.

Marijuana has been associated with effects on high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol and triglycerides, however there is no concrete conclusion for that.

Anyway, whether your marijuana usage has affected your cholesterol levels, the laboratory will do only the requested test. All of the rest follows- let's say your cholesterol levels (HDL) is elevated, further questioning by your doctor can be expected.

No cholesterol tests for lipids both LDL and HDL, Thc or the pot test is the only way to detect the level of pot in your system I guess if you get the munchies during the blood work it may flag you lol you will be ok
