anyone who can write me an excersize plan so that i can loose weight- i don't have much time to spare as i work most of the day. I would like to get down to about 50 kgs.
I would like a plan that is easy to stick to and have maximum results.
If you specialise in fitness and health i would love to hear from you.

I work out. I exercise everyday. If I am not doing cardio, I am weight lifting. Walking is great exercise, as well. Any type of exercise, is better than no exercise at all. Not, having time is not a good excuse for not working out.

Not having the time, because I work most of the day, is no excuse. You can exercise, in the evenings.
