Well it depends on where you live most cops will give you a warning and tell you to take the girl to a hotel next time. as long as you are both of age and consenting they could give you a fine for indecency I guess. I just got a warning but that was like 10 years ago

After the cop watched for a bit just to make sure he could attest to what was going on in court he would write you a ticket and if he wanted to be a jerk about it he could take you to jail. If the girl was underage you could be charged with statutory rape and get prison time. If it went to court he could testify something like "well your honor I saw ten toes up and ten toes down 2 bare asses going 'round and 'round, belly to belly and chin to chin, if that ain't screwin you can fine me ten".

depends on the county and the cop and sometimes how hot the girls is but usally its a sixty dollar fine i got caught a couple times got a fine first time second time told us to do it in our home

If you`re lucky, you`d get away with just a fine. Could be charged with indecent exposure.

I think it would all depend on the police officer who caught you, where you were, and what time of the day it was etc.

Indecent exposure in a public place you will be ticketed and you could be arrested as well.
