Please help. my webcam won't work what could be wrong??

i have a webcam but not the software. it is an IBM pc camera. i cant even get it to turn on. does anyone know how i can get or download the software. I appreciate any help i can get.

You must have the software for this device. Did you buy it new and is it still new. If so, take it back. If you go to IBM website, you may find the drivers. Good luck.

go to ibm pc camera site and download the driver.
what's the model of ur pc camera?
