how does allergies for my mom go away she had it for years?

Sometimes it just happens, over time the body changes. My son was allergic to wheat for 3 years. Then he just kinda got over it. Dont know why he just did.

Depending on how bad the allergic reaction was it is possible that she has built up an intolerance to the allergen.

For example I have allergies but over the years my reaction to many has been reduced a lot. No longer am I throwing up after having some foods that I had such a reaction to many years ago. My hay fever reaction is so low it is only a small sneezing session in stead of swollen eyes etc.

For years I was on medication and I stopped years ago. Most of my allergic reactions are quite reduced.

Chances are very good that it won't, though in a few VERY unusual cases allergies have gone away themselves.

Unless and until the allergies do change, you'll have to somehow keep the allergens away from her.

That entails a lot of cleaning and dusting, preferably with a damp cloth. And if your house has wall-to-wall carpet, take it out and replace it with area rugs. And be prepared to wash your curtains occasionally..

I had some aleries for years and they went away, well not all of them but my Doctor says it is posible for an allergy to just go away on its own some times they come back other times news appear some times they don't come back at all

I take timed release vitamin C (500mg) and Pantothenic acid (500mg) every day. Over a period of time my allergies to grasses and flowers have gone away. Take them every day for the rest of your life!

My guess is that she probably got rid of or away from what was making her alergic to begin with!
