I was getting benefits because my mom died. They stopped when I was 18. I will be turning 20 in 2 weeks and I will also be starting college at the end of the month. Can I still recieve my benefits if I am in school or is it too late?

It is too late. Survivor benefits given to a child end when a the child graduates from high school. Even if you started right after you graduated from high school, it would have stopped. The only way for the benefits would have continued is if you were considered disabled by the Social Security Administration standards. I have included their official website below.
