It was SUPPOSED to happen, I'm still waiting so I can look in awe at the prettiness of this hell to die.
But to quote from someone above: the threat of rising oceans, overpopulation and dwindling fresh water supplies
The oceans are NOT rising, they are GETTING SMALLER as the weather is getting HOTTER each summer/spring season, aslo overpopulation has ALWAYS been an issue, fresh water can be made from extracting the salt and bacteria from the ocean but people are too lazy to make a lot of machines to do so.

it doesnt take a genius to look around at global warming and climate change, the threat of rising oceans, overpopulation and dwindling fresh water supplies, and the looming threat of war between the worlds big players to see that somthing is afoot ..
