hes a year older than me and we r on the same bus. i went to the football game and hes in the marching band. he was haning out with ppl that hung out with ppl i hung out with. anyway i had to leave and he said bye and i said he played relly good and he said thanks. weve talked b4 and i just wanna no if there might be any hope?

Well you don't really give much more than what you've said so I can't really say yes or no. If you guys hang out and get along really well (and are both single) then I would say yes, just make the move and ask his to hang out solo one day. Let time decide whether or not there's hope for more than just a friendship.

What you describe seems perfectly platonic and open to the possibilities. Usually in the Fall there is a "Sadie Hawkins or turnabout dance" and you could invite him to see if there is more but if there isn't you could just be brave and ask him for coffee and see where it goes from there. Good Luck!
