What is the cure for black spots which resulted from by dried healed pimples?

My forehead has lots of this black spots which are actually dried or healed pimples. I am trying Olay Spot whitening treatment, but am really not sure if this working. Pls help!

the only thing you want to put on your face is cold water, never use soap...i never get spots. i have only used cold water all my life, over 50 years.

Pimples : (1) persol gel 2.5% ( Wallace company ) or Brevoxyl 2.5%( GSK company ) ( Benzoyl Peroxide ) : initially coat the "washed & dried " area for 15 minutes per day , then gradually increase the exposure time to two hours per day . ( to be applied in the morning hours ) (2) Retino-A OR Eudyna cream : Apply just before you sleep . A pea sized amount is sufficient to cover half the entire face . To avoid irritation patient should wait for 20 minutes after washing & drying the area . A world of caution : acne may flare up in first week of treatment but nothing to worry , It requires at least three weeks of patience before you see positive results . ( 3) Tab. Cynomycin 50mg twice a day for two weeks . Scars : laser therapy by a plastic surgeon or dermatologist .

you need a facial a acne facial those are blackheads and white head, they will scrape your face with this metal that hurts like helll, they scrape the blackheads and then they steam to close those pores. trust me facials are very important, i have the same problem and i now they are going away i also got microdermabrasion, which is kinda of expensive but if you willing to make your face beautiful just do it, you will feel more happy.
