Yes,you can drink apple juice with food,it won't hurt you any. It is grapefruit juice that you have to be careful of because grapefruit juice can interact with certain medications that you may be taking,so ALWAYS talk with your doctor or pharmacist before drinking grapefruit juice,just to be on the safe side!

The only problem with apple juice is that some brands add high fructose corn syrup which makes it no more healthful than soda pop. Make sure the apple juice you drink is pure apple juice with nothing added.

I've never heard of that before. Apple Juice is good for you. I'm from Upstate New York and we even drink Apple Cider with our food.
