ok i was in church the other day and the priest told me to meet him in his office just to talk about how i uesd to be an alter boy, he kept on touching my shouldersand stuff its really weird and i think i caught him smelling my jacket, is he sick

Hmm. It would be nice to catch him with some undeniable evidence, somehow. He could be predating on young kids who'll do what he tells them out of fear.
Ordinarily I might have some sympathy for someone in his position, but priests whip up hatred against against this stuff, and he deserves to be busted.

Find your diocese's web site. They all have information these days on how you can report such misconduct by a priest.
Every diocese in the country takes this problem VERY seriously these days. Report it, and trust me, they WILL take it seriously.

If you're not kidding, then you must immediately file a report with the priest's supervisor (bishop).
