i've got faith people get possessed by skill of inviting the devil in.. Like going to seances or mediums etc.. i don't fairly have faith the experts understand what they are handling at those activities.. maximum people who carry out seances think of they are entirely handling the lifeless and not something the place as christians have faith that the devil is fooling us lots of the time, because of the fact he and his demons are witnesses to each thing that happens in the worldwide, subsequently in case you settle for him in you would be possessed the only thank you to do away with him is thru God in the call of the lord Jesus.. There are specific warm spots however the place people devil worship or do cult sacrifices that incorporates the occult..

I believe you can certainly be persuaded by the evil spirit, as far as possessed I think if you have chosen to live the life God wants you to live, you wouldn't be put in a position to be possessed, tempted maybe but not possessed. As long as your are seeking God in those times of temptation you will always come out the winner. On the other hand if you choose not to follow God there is certainly a chance of an evil possession, because you need good to fight evil. You can't fight evil with evil..GOD BLESS!!

We don't know as yet the complete extent of what the mind is capable of.For instance here in Australia ,native aborigines believe you can kill someone by pointing a bone at them--the belief in so deep in them--that the practice has actually worked. Of course in other cultures such a ritual would mean nothing & have no effect so whatever.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

If you believe in the Bible it is necessary to believe in demonic possession. Jesus himself personally removed demons from people and told his apostles and disciples to do so as well.To deny the existence of demons is to call Jesus a liar and his works meaningless.
That being sad, demonic possession is not something an amateur should tackle and should be left to a priest with experience or preferably a Bishop.

The devil is a figment of imagination. People "possessed" by the devil almost always has some kind of underlying psychological cause.

The Devil as well as demons have the power to possess the bodies of people that do not have a good relationship with God. God is the only one that has the power to expel demons out of possessed bodies. In addition, they are also able to possess animals.

No, and demons neither.
There are people who think they are possessed, but they are mentally ill. Their excuse (not the mental illness itself) is a product of their upbringing - they think the devil or demons exist, in other words. Atheists also become mentally ill sometimes but they will invent other equally outlandish reasons for their behaviour.
