create an adium dock icon?

does anyone know how to create your own adium dock icon,?

Open Adium, then "use the OS X equivalent to Right-Click" on the Adium Icon on the Dock and choose "Keep in Dock".

Sorry, I don't use a Mighty-Mouse.
