I've been with this girl for 4 years now. She is really cool when she wants to be. However, she nags and wines over stupid stuff and that gets annoying. I feel like she takes me for granted by not offering to pay. She plays tricks sometimes. She says "do you really want me give you the money (for the food)," since I usually pay with credit card.
Here's what happened, yesterday we went to Disneyland. We had fun during the day, and I took care of everything. We went to dinner that night too. We left and she said that she was sore and she started to walk really really really slow. I was like, what's wrong...she said she had some pains from walking around so much. I said, hurry up a little so we can get in the car and get home since it's getting late. She then said, "You are such an asshole! I hate you."
I don't mind paying for this girl once and awhile, but for her to call me an asshole after I took her out for my comments really makes me annoyed. I feel like I'm being played sometime

She is in pain from walking around all day, sit down with her so she can take the load off. If a person is in pain, then don't rush her to get in the car to go home..I would have called you an *** hole too..

The simple answer is we teach people how to treat us. However there is nothing wrong with being a gentleman but when you are not in the presence of a "lady" that makes it very difficult I know. What I would do is talk with her and let her know how you feel especially when she says those things to you and yes I know you men are not all big on expressing your feelings and things however I think that if she continues this and you've let her know how you feel then you have a valid reason to break up with her because then she is just taking advantage of you and walking all over you. Also nobody should be allowed to call you names like that especially your supposed girlfriend. You were definitely being unsympethetic to her situation at the time maybe you should have at least tried to assist her to the car if she was hurting but she still could have left the name calling out. But pain can bring out the worst in us sometimes right. So give her the benefit of the doubt and talk with her and go from there. Good luck to both of you.

Have you ever addressed the paying issue with this girl? I agree with you -- she should appreciate your generosity -- but sounds like she has come to expect it. I can understand why you'd be annoyed at this point. But at the same time, if you're secretly resenting her, it's partly your fault. You have to communicate how it makes you feel that she doesn't offer or show appreciation. It doesn't have to be a big long discussion -- maybe just put it out there -- and let her mull it over in her head. If she's a good person, she'll come around and realize her ways. Maybe she's a bit immature and needs to grow up. However, if she doesn't come around, then that's just who she is. Hope that helps.

Dude, The chic is too used too you not standing up for yourself! This happens in relationships. I know a guy who dated this really really beautiful & fun person for 5 years. They got married!! OMG... The beach came out within, a month. They were only married 2 mos. dude!! Be careful some women are only out too boss you around and take your wallet as their own personal wallet. It's so messed up! Why are people like this. If I were you, I would move on. Now watch out she'll call and call, crying and crying what did I do? HA!! Move on. Maybe later, much later she'll grow up and relize how demanding she was!!

It sounds to me as though she's used to you paying (and since shes a girl), she expects that she doesnt have to pay. When you're in a relationship for that long, you should share costs (of bills) but not when going out. After 4 years, I hope you have more of a reason to get rid of this girl!
Just a thought though~>there are plenty of other women in the world who can make you more miserable or more happy :)

i comprehend it is not honest yet women commonly take a seat there and communicate approximately you and positioned greater attempt into their clothing and commonly whilst dumped in the event that they are crying or dissatisfied (whether they don't seem dissatisfied in front of you) they bypass seek advice from their acquaintances who're probable those providing you with sh*t and then their acquaintances would tell their boyfriends or different women

You need to sit down and have a conversation with this girl and tell her EXACTLY how you feel about this whole situation. If she REALLY LOVES you, she'll understand and won't do things that hurt her. Ask yourself, you love this girl, don't you ? If so, would you do this to her ? There you have the answer.
But again, try communicate with her first about how you feel in this situation and see what she has to say. Communication is the key here. Good luck.

yah she sounds spoiled. when i first date somebody i always pay, that way they dont think they are entitled to anything later lol. why are you dating her? i did do that once, because i was young and immature, and my feet really did hurt lol, but my guy walked over and picked me up and carried me to the car lol. id never let him do that now, but i was young and didnt know better. but in her defense if her feet her, you should have slowed down or stopped, no matter how whiney she was being. after all, you chose to date her nobody made you

Traditionally the dude is supposed to pay for dates and whatnot, it's our cross to bear. But yea, she seems whiny, and nobody likes a ******. Dump her, start over, find someone who doesn't make you feel like you're getting played.
