First, make sure you're eating enough protein to help your butt "grow". Then I recommend jogging for at least thirty minutes a day. Also, do squats:
Stand with your feet together, now take your right foot and take a big step to the side. Point your toes slightly outward. Hold out your arms, fingertips stretched. Now bend your knees. Avoid bending forward, or backward. Your upper body should be straight and firm. Do at least thirty-five of these a day and that will help you build up a bigger butt--without the flab.

I worked with a girl in college who wanted a bigger butt. Somebody told her to start eating corn starch -- straight from the box. So she did, and her butt indeed grew larger. However, when she had attained her ideal bum-size, she found that she couldn't stop eating the corn starch! Apparently it can become habit forming. Now her butt is absolutely massive.
I guess it works, but I don't know if I'd advise it. LOL.

Take up short track speed skating. All the really fine athletes in that field have really big butts. I mean, have you ever checked out Apolo Anton Ohno's butt? It's huge!

Find exercises to work your tush muscles.
Lunges come from fencing. You step one foot forward about two feet and bend the knee, feel your thighs tighten? Squat somewhat to feel the tush muscle work.

eat like a black girl, or you can just workout on your butt....i play football and do a lot of squats and my butt got bigger and stronger...
