chihuahua lover: it's an honest question. I just had an artichoke with dinner, ate the meat off the bottoms of the leaves... YUMMY!

Yes! Artichokes are delicious, and they pair well with pizza! I love eating pizza with sauteed artichoke hearts, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes, sprinkled with some parmesan cheese. Delicious. I haven't tried them in salad but it sounds like a good idea!
