Tequila is from a plant in Mexico, called Agave. Real tequila is blue. Saki is Akitakomachi rice, rum is made from molasses....

Alcohol is clear in formal form.
Rum, can be very dark, Gin can be flavored, so It's not that great of a question.
Everclear is pure alcohol, so add that to your list.

I like wine made solely from cane sugar, it's pretty clear, kind of a white tint though
