If you're really her friend then you should let her choose the right time...no matter how long it takes. If she asks you for your opinion or advice then as a friend give it.
Real friends don't push other friends.

If your friend wants your help, she will ask. Maybe she isn't ready for dating. I'll be you would feel pretty stupid if you played matchmaker and she ended up getting hurt, or worse, pregnant! Give your friend some credit!
