i have a friend thats cute and everything but i want to know if he wants to be friends or more he talks to me alot and smiles and stuff but i like us being friends and one time he siad ur my friend i llove u and then put his arm around me i didnt say anything but he said it like he wanted more my friends were there to and they just stared

I think you should give him a shot, because Im usually that guy who is the girl's "friend" and wants more. Let me tell you, it's a really crappy gig, so just suck it up and give him a date or two!
