At first I thought it was just my imagination, but the other day she was bending over, and her pants stretched down pretty low and I saw a full-blown disposable diaper with the plastic and the elastic at the top and everything. Should I ask her about it?

Are you sure it isn't a pad? Maybe she has a really heavy period - it's best that you don't interfere with her feminine problems.

You're not saying how old you both are, or how long you've been dating, or how serious your relationship is.
I suspect that you haven't been dating very long, and that the relationship is not as yet serious.
NO NO NO don't ask her something this personal. she could have a physical condition that requires the extra protection. It may be very embarrassing for her. If you get serious enough to talk about life ever after, then I suspect that she will be volunteering to tell you problems.

I would wait a few weeks and see if it is the result of some surgery or personal issue. A lot of woman wear sanitary towels and the like to protect their nice under ware during menstrual periods.

if you really feel the need to ask her then ask her but don't do it in a mean way. but she will probably end up telling when shes ready. or she could have period problems and has to wear diapers when shes on her period. you never know.

are you considering a long term relationship with this girl? And how old is this person? TRy going to the beach with her and see if she will wear a bathing suit. Making out will probably give you a clue.

No, No, and No! Trust me...do NOT ask her about it. She will tell you about it eventually. If you bring it up, you have no idea how she will react. She may be so embarrasses cuz she's obviously not ready to tell you know (or she would have) and the results could be devastating.

do u know if ur girl friend has any health conditions or is suffering rom anything that she complains about? different health problems like mutiple sclerosis etc.can cause u to have trouble controlling ur bladder and so can other diseases.
