In the USA Budweiser is treated like water and jugs of it are put on tables in restaurants to wash your food down. That is because it is of lower alcohol content than the Budweiser sold here in Britain.
Personally I would go for a Carlsberg rather than a Bud any day.

There is a whole world of beers out there. Why would you miss out on them by sticking to something bland and non-challenging. Bud (the US beer, not the original Czech beer) is rather like white sliced bread, it's OK but nothing to get excited about.

I'll try an English ale, an Irish stout, a Czech Pilsener or a German weissbeir next time I'm at the pub. I'm not going to miss these wonderful brews by sticking with the safe, bland option.

Cider or real ale - bitter. If you are going to drink something like Bud then choose the proper stuff - Budvar from the Czech rep. the Americans stole this style and made Budweiser

Never

If you look at a beer rating website, Budweiser is always in the bottom 1%. Real beer drinkers don't even consider it to be beer.

For a few pennies more, you can get better brands at your local beer/liquor store.

Spread your beer wings and fly!

My partner and I always drink Budweiser when we go out! It's nice and crisp and doesn't have a strong taste or leave an after taste like some bottled beers.Mmmmm....Bud!!

The only TRUE Budweiser is the Czech "Budvar", not the Anhauser-Busch "beer with rice thrown in to speed up fermentation" imitation.

Budweiser?
Hmm?
I've heard of that - it's what you are held down and forced to drink if they've run out of every other form of alcohol in the world.
Budweiser just doesn't taste of anything.
I don't mean it doesn't have much taste, or that I don't much like it - I mean there is nothing there to like or dislike.
It really does not taste of ANYTHING.
But, then, if that's what you like...
