Basic language skills: immigrate means to move into (as a country)
emigrate means to move out of (as a country).

Emigrate is leaving a country. Immigrate is going into a country. Many illegal alien supporters get this mixed up.

Are you talking about the Band??
If you are, it's one of the guitarists from the German industrial Metal band, Rammstein. His name is Richard Bernstein.
He put together a band, like a side project. They're pretty good. Give them a listen.
IF you're referring to Immigration/Emigration...it's where you leave a country.
Like if you live in the US and you wanted to live in, say, Germany, you would EMIGRATE to Germany.

Immigrate: To enter into another country
Emigrate:To leave one's country
Migrate: To move from one country to another
Therefore, if I migrate, i will be an emigrant when leaving my country, but an immigrant on arrival in another country.
