Little sister, don't fall for a ploy of the devil. You are not the only one he has done this too. He will do anything, and I mean anything to steal your soul.
Remember Adam and Eve? God told them if they ate the forbidden fruit, they would die. The devil told them they would not. They ate the fruit and died.
He tries to do the same to us. He wants your soul. Read God's Word. And believe it. It will help you fight the lies of the devil. You have to know and understand the truth of God's Word.
And it tells us if we rebuke the devil, he will flee. So the next time he tries to put some awful lie in your mind, rebuke him in the name of Jesus and he will flee.
Yet, this will only work if you have been born again. You talk about the God phase, but I am not sure what you mean. In the world today, it could mean allot of things.
If you have accepted you are a sinner and have asked Jesus to forgive you you sins, and if you meant it with all of your heart, then you are a born again believer and satan has no power over you.
Rev. 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Try to relax. The best way to end a battle like that is from doing your own research. If you have your own knowledge of things, nobody can take that away, and you can make up your own mind about things much better that way. So forget for the time being, the conflict going on in your mind, and just start doing some reading and research on God, and on where the ideas the church has taught you came from. You don't have to make up your mind right now, don't worry, you're fine. Educate yourself, and decide on your own. If you still believe in God enough to be able to talk to God, but are afraid of God, try feeling love for God instead. If you had kids would you rather they wanted you because they loved you or because they were forced into it by fear? Talk to God, explain how you are feeling, it won't be the first time or the last time. Be calm, it will be alright, it really will.

Everyone has doubts about entering into new things. I sounds to me like you are having some too.
Ignore these doubts. You know that your Jesus is good and that your religion is sound. So go from there. Do not listen to these doubts, put them aside. You might even want to speak to your clergy, preacher or what ever they are called in your religion. Speaking to your parents is also a good idea.
Self doubt often plagues teens your age, dont let it get you down just know that its an thing to be talked over with your parents. They will be more then willing to help you. You have to trust them.
Please, please talk to someone about this. Its important that you do. You know in your heart that Jesus was not a bad man and that God is real, this is just your mind playing tricks on you, so talk it out with a preacher or a parent. They will help you.
Blessings, light and love,
Aviana

If God sent all the people that went through a phase thinking if he wasnt real, or if Jesus was actually bad, then probably most of the people would go to hell.
Trust me you will go to heaven. Your soul will fly freely with God. And trust me Jesus is not bad, he is Gods son, and he died for us, so we didnt have to pay for our sins later in life, if he is a bad man, then he would'nt have done that.
At a time I thought God wasnt real. But he is. How do I know?
I really dont, no-one really does... but I can feel it, I can feel that he is real, listening to our prayers, and forgiving us, so we can go to heaven and live another wonderful life.

See John chapter 10 verses 7 to 11
"7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. 10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep."
The devil will do anything to decieve people and will do anything in his power to mislead us.
See also Mathew chapter 26 verse 41
" Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."

Honey, if you accepted Jesus as your savior, don't worry about it. We all, even us old fogies, have crazy thoughts coming in our heads at time. It is just ole slue foot (the devil). He can't hurt you. Jesus loves you, and nothing can take you out of his hand. Martin Luther said, we may not be able to keep the birds from flying over our heads, but we can stop them from building a nest in our hair. Other words, thoughts and temptations come, we have the power to dismiss them.
God bless you!

Satin is trying to take over your mind, be filled with the holy ghost and rebuke satin from your mind.
DO THE WILL OF GOD
You need to find a home church, be obedient, follow his word, be baptized with the holy spirit, show your self approved and do the will of God (Mark 16: 15 - 18)

Getting to Heaven is through salvation in Jesus. Those who call upon His name will be saved (Romans 10:13). I believe you are at the age where you are now accountable. Bad thoughts do come, but we have the power and authority to dismiss them and make them harmless. I believe it is ok to look at what we believe, and then study to find out. I, too will get a bad thought, but I don't think on it. Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
If you haven't confessed Jesus as Lord ( told someone that you believe Jesus is Lord), you need to do so. Pray Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner, and am sorry. I repent of this. I know you died for me, and came back to life. Jesus come into my heart and be my Lord and saviour. In the Name of Jesus. Then after you prayed this, thank Him for saving you ( because you believe it), and tell someone that Jesus is your Lord ( this is confessing it).
You may not feel saved, but this is normal for a while, and don't let anyone talk you out of it!
You can e mail me with questions.

This is what is part of spiritual warfare. satan puts crazy thoughts into our heads, then makes us think we are going to hell for that and making us feel guilty. This happens to all Christians, some may not admit it though. Just keep close to Jesus, pray and read your Bible. I'll be praying for you too. Don't worry, you are okay and still going to heaven. God Loves You

You already said it -- you know Jesus wasn't a bad man.
This thought could be coming from our culture, which despises Jesus and those who believe in him.
It could just be some anxiety you are having as you seek to reconcile in your mind the goodness and holiness of Jesus with the evil that is present in the world. That is tough.
Or maybe it is even a spirit of doubt trying to influence you.
If you believe in Jesus as your Savior, and it looks like you do, that is all you need to be "good enough" to get into heaven.
Be at peace!
