Yes. There are 2 types of people. They either add to you or take away from you. There Is a positive & negative force we all eminate. Have you ever been around someone that Is so depressed and negative that you walk away feeling drained ? I have. You feel like you've been put through a strainer.

Symptoms like these come from much stronger emotions than just "I don't care for him"
Psychological states influence body organs through a combination of three interrelated mechanisms: neural, hormonal, and immunologic. You could in effect be caught in a vicious cycle of physical and psychological symptoms and illness. For example, if you visit a Dr because of your stomach pain, he will most likely prescribe medication to treat that symptom or illness. Your psychological state may have led to anything from simple gastritis to ulcers or ulcerative colitis. The medication may provide some relief. However, unless the cause is addressed, you will continue to experience problems.
From my study of the Bible I have come to understand that emotional states such as anxiety and inordinate jealousy can certainly affect the body's health. (Proverbs 14:30; 4:23; Romans 8:6)

yes, that is very possible. it can cause many problems with your health. it sounds like you may be experiencing stress and some depression, this person can be sucking your sense of well being right out of you. i have been around such people myself. the best thing you can do for this type of situation is to distance yourself as much as possible from this person.

Unfortunately yes. I already suffer from several things, and do somewhat ok in my daily life (I am on meds) But when my twin sister calls or comes around, things do get worse, i.e. anxiety & panic, which in turn, cause more depression, gastric upset, headaches. I do what I can to avoid situations like that, even if it means turning off the ringer and going to bed.

Yes. You're describing classic symptoms of stress. Being around somebody you don't get along with can be quite stressful.
