Ticket was issued at night time.My speedometer is varying around 75 and on the ticket it is mentioned detected by Pace.
Is there a way to avoid this information to appear in records?

Yes go to your DA'S office and apply for a hardship, tell them you can't afford that much and they will fix you up with a payment plan, also ask them at the same time to please keep it off your insurance record, they will do so but one condition, you will be on a probation probably for one year. If you get another ticket before the year, you will have to pay the full price of the first ticket plus it will go on your record.

no... unless Texas, like Florida, has a program to take "driver safety" classes to avoid points on your license.
