I agree with the first answerer, Unitarian Universalists are the most open church out there.
Or find a nondenominational one (which includes UU).

What do you mean by "different religions"? Is it just that one of you is catholic and the other Anglican? Or is it more like one is Hindu and the other Uniting?
Most churches will allow you to marry if you are a member of the congregation, however they will like to have the other person convert to christianity say if the other party is Hindu or Muslim for example. Most churches are happy to marry anyone as long as the money is paid, however Catholic churches will make it a lot harder. You may not be allowed to marry in a catholic church to a non catholic.

Hi Chloe:
It's been my understanding that usually (tradtionally) the couple is married in the bride's church.
What do you mean by different religions? Are you Lutheran and he is Catholic? Vice versa? Are you Methodist and he is Lutheran? Are you both Christian, but just of different faiths? There should not be a problem.....just choose either one of your churches. OR.....are one of you Muslim or Hindu and the other Christian? Then there could be a problem. Otherwise, just choose either your church or your groom's church to be married in.

No idea, but being in different religion might become a conflict in your marriage. you might want to think about that hard before making a huge decision. i see alot of divorce happen this way. but usually in m church the guy is suppose to go get the girl and bring her to his church as we are thought to follow our husband. so you can get married in your church but after you are married you will have to become a member in his church. thats how they do it in my church.

most churches will make you agree to raise your child in the religion of the church you were married in
if you are catholic, you most certainly can marry a non-catholic...it is normal and i don't know why people think otherwise.

you would have to ask the church. Some care and some don't. Some let the rules slide and some don't.
