Can they get pierced or touched, i like the look but am 'icky' about veins!

even if you have thin skin you'll find that the needles wont pierce the veins, I have both of my sleeves complete, and although it is one of the sorer ares to get tattooed it certainly isn't that painful, and you shouldn't bleed that much. A good tattoo artist knows skin well enough not to go digging deep, and the skin is always pulled taught for mass saturation, which gets rid of prominent veins, try it on yourself, you'll see.

No, it feels like being tattooed anywhere else, pretty much. Feels like a bee sting with a vibration. And it won't hurt your veins, the needles don't go very deep, just past the first layer of skin, the epidermis, into the dermis. The veins are in there much deeper than that.

i don't think it should hurt the veins, but it could be painful,though,just being a sensitive spot. Most people get wrist tattoos a couple of inches up past the main veins. If you want to get one, maybe you could get it a little higher. Perhaps you could even consider getting an all-around wrist tattoo, like Pink's "What Goes Around, Comes Around" one. Those are really cool.

I have my inner wrist tattooed. It hurt just a little more than my upper arm, (It may have even bled a little more) but it still wasn't too bad. when the artist got to the middle, my fingers twitched, and my whole hand felt warm like it was dipped in warm watter. I'm not a fan of pain and I could handle it, so over all, not so bad. Now I have a sexy tattoo that I just love!!!

I just got a tattoo on the 3rd, on the inside of my wrist, it barely hurt and it didn't bleed at all so I think the veins are all safe =)

I don't know about pierced but tattooed yes. I have one and it did not hurt a bit. It looks really nice and I am really happy with it. The needle is really small and will not go anywhere near your veins. Don't worry. Enjoy when you have it done xx

Well mine didn't get pierced or touched. It's only the skin thats getting tattooed so they don't go in that deep ;)

Amazingly enough, getting a tattoo on your wrist isn't any more risky than getting a tattoo somewhere else on your body.
For me though, getting my wrist tattoo was the only painful tattoo that I got and I currently have 27 tattoos. Would I do it again on my wrist? -- yes.

iv got a tattoo on my inner wrist and it was blooming sore, nearly left it as outline, wouldnt put me off getting another one tho, but was extremely sore. didnt bleed much tho and heeled as quickly as my other ones.

pierced probably not but tattooed yes but its painful to get it done because its a very sensitive spot.
