If you're going to eat something, why not have a little something chocolate? Like a graham cracker covered in chocolate, or a cup of hot cocoa? Eat it with fruit or something else healthy, so you feel satisfied.
But I think the best way to deal with chocolate cravings is to do something that takes your mind off food. Take a walk on a busy street, or try dancing. Or get to work doing something. Or try knitting, which will keep your hands too busy.
Good luck!

Get the best quality, darkest chocolate you can (that still tastes good to you). Then, when you eat it, break it into small pieces. Put a piece in your mouth, but don't chew it up. A good quality chocolate will melt and be very smooth. You won't have to eat mountains of it to get all the chocolate flavor you can stand. Instead of eating a bunch of cheap chocolate, thoroughly enjoy a few small pieces of very good chocolate. It's pretty low in calories compared to other snack food, so you don't need to worry about it too much.

What is going on is im guessing your changing your normal eating habits to a healthier one. Good for you! I did the same thing for soccer. Whats going on is your body is craving all those carbs and sugers. I recomend eating some fruit, pasta, and maybe with some hot chocolate until you get more used to the changed diet. Good Luck! =]]

Believe it or not, take a bite of spinach. It has the same chemical that chocolate has in it and will stop the craving. After I read this, I tried it and it does work! I keep a can of Del Monte spinach on hand.

Make some fudge
throw some sugar and cocoa into a pot with some half and half
over medium heat till a tiny drop makes a ball in the bottom of a cup of cold water. rapidly cool down the fudge by placing the pot into a sink of cold water. do not let the fudge get water in it! stir the mix and add some vanilla while doing so and a tad of vinegar to make it all sandy tasting. Keep stirring till a sheen comes on the candy. pour out onto buttered platter and cool. cut into squares and lock the doors!.

Sometimes I'll have a piece of gum er eat something else and that helps stop the craving. Or I'll occupy myself with something like homework or watch TV and that gets my mind off of it.

Want to look good? be healthy? no stress or worry lines? eat chocolate! .. it's good for you, it has carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins - gives you energy so you can exercise, relaxes the brain, so you don't get stressed and look old before your time ..makes you smell good, everyone loves chocolate breathe, is not habit forming, makes you clean your teeth, and if it's nice dark chocolate it lowers cholesterol .. so there, medically it's dangerous NOT to eat chocolate - you'll starve, be unfit and have terrible stress line
Incidentally you're not me ex are you?

Well, I think a small piece of Dark Chocolate is fine.
Or just one scoop of chocolate ice cream is ok.
If you deny yourself, you'll eat double.
Otherwise, drink a large glass of water, which will fill you up.

Eat some!
The more you deny yourself, the most you'll want it and you'll eventually binge.
Trying eating 4 hershey's kisses. A few calories, and it'll take care of your craving!
